Was consistently a top guy in the state throughout high school with 7 top 5 places at state in track and XC, Runner-up in the 1600m, won a team title in cross and was 11th at footlocker west my senior year.

great day of running, my race was decent I was happy for the most part because I PR'd but I finished knowing there was so much more I could do...but an 8:23 is equivelant to a 8:57 which is a huge PR and I'm happy to see progress
