Was consistently a top guy in the state throughout high school with 7 top 5 places at state in track and XC, Runner-up in the 1600m, won a team title in cross and was 11th at footlocker west my senior year.

Ran 3 miles with logan and connor and then I ran a mile barefoot followed by some striders just shaking it out for the race tonight

the race was a good experience I feel like I'm invincible right now

7:20 pace nice and easy to recover from yesterday, big workout tomorrow

second run was even more relaxed although I ran the last mile pretty quick!

way sweet run as we went 6 miles up butterfield and 6 down! it was crazy steep after mile 4 and my legs will be feeling this for the next 48 hours or more... anyways super scenic run and an awesome way to reach my goal of 55 miles this week which is a record for me!
