great workout... super hard and I ran a bit gutsy and reckless but I know I got better today.
8x1000 with 60 seconds rest plus a 500 with witt to help him bring home his 10th 1000
started at 3:00 and slowly digressed in time as I was a little in over my head when I start a workout at 4:45 pace that lasted over 5 miles.... Oh well, ran tough and hung in there with some really fast guys
