World Cross Country qualifier! Repping team Canada!
Was consistently a top guy in the state throughout high school with 7 top 5 places at state in track and XC, Runner-up in the 1600m, won a team title in cross and was 11th at footlocker west my senior year.

Ran a great race and now I'm worlds & Pan-American games bound! it was an extremely slow race, due to the elements! 6 inches of mud and some snow with chilling temps!
