Was consistently a top guy in the state throughout high school with 7 top 5 places at state in track and XC, Runner-up in the 1600m, won a team title in cross and was 11th at footlocker west my senior year.

Ran 4 miles the first day of XC

the first two at 7:20 pace and than me and connor picked it up the last 2 making it a 6:40 average day

after went and did 7*200's @ the sprinting workout ran them all in 28 seconds
