| | Ran 4 miles the first day of XC the first two at 7:20 pace and than me and connor picked it up the last 2 making it a 6:40 average day after went and did 7*200's @ the sprinting workout ran them all in 28 seconds

| | we did the 4 miles up to lava its a nasty run and I think my time up was the fastest ever by over a minute I did it in 33:26 later we did a 5 miler and we started off pretty easy but ended up running about 6:45 pace and closing in a 5:16

| | morning mile was ran in 4:24 me and Connor ran side by side the whole way.. felt terrible though than we did the famous 9.3 mile run into lava, the previous record on this run was held by chuk, he ran a high 54 last year but me and connor shattered that by running it in 51:57 making our pace sub 5:40

| | We did the relay today at camp and it was amazing I was blazing fast we do 2 legs each with a team of 3 and I was anchor, my first leg was 7:24 and my second leg was 7:36.. this was really good because I ran a lot faster than anyone else did, connor was the second fastest and he was around 7:45 for both of his legs |

| | Today we did some speed on our course, nothing is quite like our course .. Rolling hills with some intense terrain! We did 4 intervals that were 0.85 miles and I ran 4:36,4:42,4:42,4:40 Which equals about 5:32 pace on average! It was so great. I'm really feeling stronger than I've ever felt, and I'm not even doing that much yet. This is gonna be a great year |

Today
I ran gruesome grizzly, which was a blast! I took it out nice and easy than blew everyones doors off at grizzly (the big hill just over a mile in! I felt so good it was outrageous all I did was cruise and it was just too great! new course record as I beat Jace Nye's previous time of 33:26! this is a good sign of great things to come..

| | I went a beautiful scenic run along the bow river pathway on my first run in Canada I love it here I averaged out 6:56 per mile so just an average training day! So beautiful can't wait to run more |
| | ran a 10 minute warm up and than did 6x800 with 3 minute rest, it was on very rolly hills so the times aren't all that consistent anyways my times went, 2:40, 2:41, 2:56, 2:53, 2:30, 2:30 with a 10 minute cool dowm |

| | I did another workout today, 2 by 1.5 mile repeats at flat 10k pace with 1 mile rest, the first one was on a little hilly terrain and I ran a 8:22 while the second one was the opposite and I ran a 7:59, before and after the workout I ran 2 miles so it equaled 9 miles today! |

happy birthday to me, the toughest workout of the season.. barnes gave me the best gift ever lactic acid and puke. we ran lil grinder (half mile up a brutal hill) and did 7 repeats up the devils mistress(0.2 up a rocky mountain)

we raced our 4 mile fundraiser course today, I ran a 21:13 beating what chuk ran last year by 6 seconds and I wasn't even pushing myself to the limit. nobody was pushing me and I had to go to the bathroom.. I'm pretty pumped

| | way sweet run as we went 6 miles up butterfield and 6 down! it was crazy steep after mile 4 and my legs will be feeling this for the next 48 hours or more... anyways super scenic run and an awesome way to reach my goal of 55 miles this week which is a record for me! |

| | We had an amazing workout it was 5*800 up little grinder (a nasty hill) and then 3 *200 on the steepest part of grinder. My 800's were to get faster each repeat Barnes requested, and so I went 3:07, 3:01, 2:58, 2:54, 2:51 easily the best workout I've ever had considering my PR racing up the little grinder is 2:37 I felt strong and finished it off with 3*200's at 35 seconds
