We had an amazing workout it was 5*800 up little grinder (a nasty hill) and then 3 *200 on the steepest part of grinder. My 800's were to get faster each repeat Barnes requested, and so I went 3:07, 3:01, 2:58, 2:54, 2:51 easily the best workout I've ever had considering my PR racing up the little grinder is 2:37 I felt strong and finished it off with 3*200's at 35 seconds
