Was consistently a top guy in the state throughout high school with 7 top 5 places at state in track and XC, Runner-up in the 1600m, won a team title in cross and was 11th at footlocker west my senior year.

Did an easy 4 miles in the AM.

PM I did 9 miles total but it was a great hill workout, we did 6 half mile hill repeats on little grinder! I ran really good
