we did latters on little grinder I didn't feel really great or that bad today wish I had a little better of a workout, 400,300,200,100. 5 times each.I averaged 1:24, 1:01, 38, and 18 I did my recoveries very quick though
PM: did 4 miles just to add mileage and I felt like I hadn't worked hard enough so I ran the last mile in 4:51
